1. Executive / Board Briefings
i. Discussion of the role and impact of the Board and senior management on the People Factor. They condemn, condone or model the organisational behaviours. They need to understand the complexities, dynamics and business outcomes (i.e. costs) of not living their agreed organisational values.
ii. Identify challenges around placing the People Factor as a priority and develop key issues.
iii. Assistance in prioritising the benefits and elements of increasing understanding of impact of their behaviours on the People Factor.

2. People Factor Strategy
Advice and guidance on the development of a People Factor transformation strategy and implementation plan. This may include:

5. Crisis Coaching For Executives To Exit
Personal Crisis coaching for executives who have been targeted by a a destructive senior manager and who need to get out because the Board and/or CEO do not have the courage to get rid of the destructive toxic individual.
